Justin joined the program in 2016 with a M.A. from the University of Missouri – St. Louis and a B.S. in experimental psychology from the University of South Carolina – Upstate. Previously, Justin was an instructor at USC Upstate and Limestone College, teaching coursework in research methods and analysis, advanced methods, theories of personality, social influence, and human growth and development. He also maintains a consulting firm, TOLD LLC, specializing in leadership development for entrepreneurs and business leaders. His research topics cover leadership, e-recruitment, work stressors, entrepreneurship, and individual differences.
