Chris Allred is a doctoral candidate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at North Carolina State University. His research interests are centered on issues related to current psychological measurement and test development (e.g., item response theory, ideal point methods of scale development and scoring, measurement invariance). Chris received a M.A. in General/Theoretic Psychology with an I-O concentration from East Carolina University in 2012 and a B.A. in Psychology from North Carolina State University in 2009.
