Curriculum Vitae

Nicole Francavilla is a doctoral student in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology program at North Carolina State University where she has currently obtained her M.S degree.  She graduated from Villanova University in 2014 with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Writing & Rhetoric.  Her areas of interest include psychological measurement and survey methodology, selection and succession, performance evaluation, and workplace incivility. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys traveling and creative writing.
