Sam Wilgus is a doctoral student in the Industrial–Organizational Psychology program at North Carolina State University where he obtained his M.S. degree in 2017. He attended Towson University with a B.S. in Psychology prior to graduate school. As a member of the Psychometrics Lab, he is interested in measurement issues within topics such as personality, employee selection, and workplace performance, as well as the problem solving approach of coming up with novel or multi-faceted ways of measuring specific aspects of these topics. In his free time, Sam likes to hike, swim, and read science-fiction.
